The 2022 Rosendal Festival will take place from 7 to 10 July – one month earlier than usual – and will celebrate the music of Beethoven. The program will be based on the one Leif Ove Andsnes planned for 2020 to coincide with the 250th anniversary of the composer’s birth. Instead the Festival will be celebrating the great composer 252 years after his birth, with a wonderful array of artists. The full programme will be announced in February.
