In its latest issue, Gramophone Magazine asks five leading pianists to talk about some of the most important piano concertos in the repertoire.  Leif Ove Andsnes was invited to talk about Grieg and you can read his introduction on the Gramophone website

“Grieg’s world is not an inexhaustible one like, say, that of Bach, Beethoven or Mozart, but this is music that I’ve grown up with – it’s such a signature piece, and the Morecambe and Wise sketch remains one of my all-time favourite bits of humour.
